# Which Flair provides an all stainless steel brew path?

## I am concerned about plastic coming into contact with my brew water or coffee: Which Flair is right for me?

The Flair 58 family of products boast an all stainless steel brew path, aside from the integrated Plastic Stem guider. From the stainless steel stem and plunger, to the stainless steel bottomless basket. no plastic will contact your brew water or coffee after your fill routine is complete. 

Alternatively, you may consider the PRO2. The only plastic along the brew path is the [Pressure Gauge Stem](https://flairespresso.com/product/plunger-stem-for-pro/), which plugs into the [Stainless Steel Plunger](https://flairespresso.com/product/stainless-steel-plunger-for-pressure-gauge-kit/). As you brew, the plunger will push the brew water down and away from the stem, and through the brew head. Any contact with your brew water would be extremely minimal and momentary: It will only touch whatever water is sitting in the well of the plunger, before brewing.
