When will my item ship?

When will my in-stock item ship? What if an item is back-ordered?

In stock items (noted on the product page at the time of purchase) ship either the following or the second working day after an order is received. When there is an unusually large influx of orders, such as immediately following a new product announcement or during big sales events, the shipping may take a few extra days as we catch up.

Some international shipments may take longer to pick and pack, and some items for international buyers may be shipped from locations outside the United States. 

If an item in your order is on back-order (noted on the product page at the time of purchase), your complete order will ship together once stock is received. We do not ship in-stock items separately from back-ordered items unless requested/separate shipping fees have been collected. 

Note you will receive an "in transit" email once your item has hit the shipping lanes, so be sure and keep an eye on your inbox/spam/promotional folders for that to follow along!
