What temperature setting should I be using on my Flair 58?

We recommend using the LOW setting for dark roasts, MEDIUM setting for medium roasts, and the HIGH setting for light roasts. Boil your brew water to as close of a temperature as your selected setting. 

Note that if you are brewing at a high elevation, you may experience flash boiling on the high setting: Stick to medium in this case.
