What deductions are made? How will I receive my refund?

As noted in our policy, you will be responsible for costs associated with returning the product back to us, as well as a deduction to account for outgoing shipping.
If shipping is paid at the time of purchase, that amount will be retained by us.
If your order originally qualified for free shipping:
The outgoing shipping of a Flair to U.S addresses is $14, and for a Flair 58 or 58x the total is $20. This shipping cost is covered by us when the product is purchased. If the product is later returned for refund, this outgoing shipping of $14 or $20, depending on the product purchased, will be deducted from the refund amount.
Your refund will be credited back to the original form of payment: We are unable to process it back to an alternative card or account.
Once processed, you will receive confirmation via email from our team.
