What grinder do your recommend for the Flair 58?

For the Flair 58, you will need a high-quality, espresso-capable grinder. Due to the wide-and-shallow coffee bed the 58mm basket creates, the grind size needs to be extremely fine and consistent - more-so than any other Flair model. Pre-ground coffee, coffee ground at your local shop, or coffee ground on a blade grinder/low budget burr grinder will not work.
