My tracking isn't registering updates?

My order hasn't moved, or seems to have stalled?

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to display updates once you've received your shipping email, as it may take some time for the courier system to update. 

If the item is stuck at the "label created" or "processing" stage for more than 24 hours, it is possible that the courier missed the initial tracking scan, which would prevent the item from registering updates as it travels along the network towards you. We recommend keeping an eye on the tracking regardless, as it is possible to "catch up" at a different facility, but it just might surprise you on your doorstep/in your mailbox with no updates reflected. 

If your order appears to be stalled, please remain patient as it is common for orders to be held at different facilities along the way, especially if traveling internationally. It may take a week or more for an order to clear customers.
