My package appears to be lost or misdelivered?

My package is taking too long to be delivered, or it was marked as delivered but is no where to be found?

Kindly allow adequate time for delivery (2 weeks within the US and up to 6 weeks internationally) to ensure it isn't just held up in its journey. 

If this time has passed and your order has still not arrived, please contact us directly for assistance in filing a claim unless you purchased Route package protection at the time of purchase. If Route was added, please visit the Route section on our Shipping Policy page for links to appropriate next steps. 

If Route was not added, we will assist in filing an investigative claim with the courier. Please note we must go through this process before being able to provide a replacement, as the package must be declared lost/mishandled by the courier first. 

If the package was marked as "delivered" but not received, please wait an additional 24-48 hours before reaching out: It is unfortunately common for couriers to mark items as delivered prematurely, and they tend to pop up within a few days! In the meantime, check with neighbors, leasing offices, doorbell cameras, etc. just in case.
