My coupon code isn't working.

If attempting to use the $10 off "first time user" code you receive after subscribing to our newsletter, kindly note it will not apply if you have previously placed on order through us. 

Alternatively, if you are a first time user attempting to use the code, but your first order attempt failed (due to payment information, tech error, etc), our system will recognize it as a second attempt. Kindly contact our support team and we'll be able to sort this out manually!
