How do I file a warranty claim for an item, without a receipt?

I purchased my Flair secondhand, from a reseller, or received it as a gift - how do I file a warranty claim?

Proof of purchase is required to validate the warranty.

If purchased secondhand (i.e on a buy/sell forum or secondhand shopping site), the warranty is void.

If purchased from an authorized reseller, please contact your point of purchase for assistance retrieving your receipt if lost and they will be best able to assist further from there. 

 If purchased from an unauthorized reseller, not listed on flairespresso.com/distributors, the warranty is void. 

If you received your Flair as a gift, and they purchased directly from us, we can likely locate the order if given their name. Otherwise, you will need to obtain the receipt from the gifter.
