How can I change my billing/shipping information?
If your order has not shipped, simply email us and we will be able to update your shipping address as desired. Kindly note, additional fees may be required depending on the location it is changed to.
If your order has already shipped, we are unfortunately unable to change the shipping destination. We recommend contacting the courier directly for information on requesting a hold for pick-up or to submit a reroute request. Note this typically carries a fee.
Once your order has successfully been placed, we cannot change billing/payment information. If you wish to proceed with an alternative payment method, please email us with this request and we will cancel/refund your original payment and help to organize an alternative. Please note that once your order has shipped, this is no longer possible.
