How can I brew a smaller shot on my Flair 58?

I want the yield to be less than the 55ml advertised.

If you wish to have a smaller shot, simply brew with your cup placed on a coffee scale, and terminate the extraction once your desired yield is reached. Raising the lever will immediately cut off the flow. You can then swap your cup and purge the remaining liquid inside the brew head.
