Do I need a receipt for warranty support?
What if I purchased second hand or misplaced my receipt?
In order to file a warranty claim, you must have a copy of a receipt from a verified/authorized reseller. But, if you misplaced yours, rest assured we can provide one if given the purchaser's name and email, if the order was placed directly through us. If you purchased elsewhere, kindly contact your point of purchase for retrieval assistance.
For secondhand purchases, purchases from unauthorized resellers, or those without a receipt, we are unfortunately unable to provide support under warranty.
