## I can't find my receipt, or I didn't receive confirmation via email?

Please be sure and check your spam/junk/promotional folders for your order confirmation: They have a habit of sneaking in there! 

If still not located, and if purchased directly through our site, kindly email us the purchaser's name and we can retrieve the order information from our system.
