# How will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and processed, your refund will be issued (following our [Return Policy](https://flairespresso.com/return-policy/)) to the same payment method used at the time of purchase. We cannot refund it to an alternative card or account. 

Once your refund has been issued, you will receive an email confirmation from our team.
