# What size shot can I pull on the Flair 58?

## What is the maximum yield? What is the minimum yield?

The Flair 58 is the largest of all of our models, allowing you to craft the largest shot! The reservoir holds 90ml, with a yield up to 55ml. The yield may vary depending on the dose used, and how much water your coffee bed absorbs. 

If you wish to have a smaller shot, simply brew with your cup placed on a coffee scale, and terminate the extraction once your desired yield is reached. Raising the lever will immediately cut off the flow. You can then swap your cup and purge the remaining liquid inside the brew head.
