# How do I swap out the Classic piston for the PGK upgrade?

The Classic comes standard with our [standard piston](https://flairespresso.com/product/flair-piston/). You can upgrade your Classic with the Pressure Gauge Kit (PGK) to enjoy the benefits of pressure-profiling and force monitoring: This essentially converts it to a Signature model.

In order to do so, simply purchase the [Pressure Gauge Kit](https://flairespresso.com/product/pressure-gauge-kit/) and install following the "Pressure Gauge Kit Guide" found [here](https://flairespresso.com/learn/tutorials/).
