My Temp Controller is not lighting up / is not heating / is beeping.
We're sorry to hear of these troubles! Please ensure you are holding the button down for the full two-seconds to power-on, try another outlet in case the current one is the culprit, and double-check that all connections are secure.
If that doesn't solve it, and you purchased from us directly, please contact us with a video of you assembling the Flair 58's electrical components (starting from the brew head and working your way out towards the wall) and capture how the Temp Controller responds (lights, sounds, etc.) when you attempt to power on/cycle through the settings. Please ensure the light on the Power Supply Box is in frame while doing so.
Rest assured, the Flair 58 has a fail-safe mode to prevent damage to the equipment when the connection to brew cylinder is not correct or there is a wiring issue inside. If something is awry, the controller will not deliver current to the heating element.
Based on your video, and some additional information if needed, we will be able to diagnose the concern and get you back to brewing.
